Absolutely not. Your privacy is absolutely important to us. Only your username is visible to other users.
This could happen due to a few reasons: 1) Zeeker runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS), although very rare, disruptions to AWS can cause certain delays and interruptions to Zeeker. 2) Zeeker should be open after the webpage you are accessing has fully loaded. If the webpage itself has not have fully loaded, then Zeeker might not open.
Please refresh the webpage and wait for it to load fully. Then, reopen Zeeker. If this still doesn't work, please try reinstalling Zeeker. If the problem is still not fixed, please contact us at I tried opening Zeeker, but wasn’t able to. What should I do now?support@zeeker.com

Although Chrome should auto-update all extensions to the latest versions within a day or so, there are certain issues with this process. We recommend restarting your browser to see if you have the latest version. If this doesn't work, please uninstall the current Zeeker and reinstall the latest version from the webstore.
